2026 resolution
The jellyfish is back :)
Yet another year of not posting anything except the NY resolution. My junior asked me why I didn't post anything throughout the year. Maybe because I got older, nothing much to post? No mood to post?
That just sounds like a lot of excuses, perhaps I should put more things here instead of just my IG. XD Anyway, time for another yearly reflection~

What is awesome about 2025?
1. Had meals and walks with PH. Some Random post-trip meetups with WL (Wen Long).
2: Random meals with WL (Wee Liang), went for 2 Korea trips together. :D
3: Meals with ZP, Vellay. Chatting with JJ online. :)
4. Took care of temp staff at work
-> 2025 also marks the final year I take care of the young peeps.
-> Had many meals with them, even went for outings! (29th Jul cohesion)
5: Continued to gym and run.
-> Similar to last year, I think I had better form doing gym exercises. Also tried heavier weights for most body parts (arms, shoulders, chest).
-> Went for a NTU 7km run, this time I didn't cramp up.
-> Went for HTNS 10km run, this one got some cramp.
-> Went for SC 10km run, improved timing by 6 minutes. (76m->70m)
6: Started Dragonboat
-> Went for a DSO Dragonboat tryout, and then joined the team. The training frequency is really chill, so it's not too bad.
-> Participated in a 2km ActiveSG competition, very cardio-intensive. ><
7: Started Spin class
-> Started going to spin classes at Vibe Studio at the end of the year. So far has been fun, very cardio intensive also.
-> Mostly going to Darren's classes. breathe... BREATHE!!! :P
8: Took 2 baking/cooking courses
-> A 2-day Japan bread course with PH. Cheese bread with sesame seeds is nice.
-> A 1-day Roti Prata course with PH. Jeff has no talent for that.
9: No more work from home
-> I decided to stop wfh from 1st August, coincidentally the date where many people in DSO would throw letter. :P
-> Now after I get home, I get to rest. To all the temp staff and my father who constantly reminded Jeff to get rest, I guess I did. :D
And for once after so many years, 2025 didn't feel like a very useless year. I guess the rebalancing of activities to doing what I enjoy more is good, and more importantly with support from people. :)

What is not that great?
1. Still single~ Yup, I didn't take any effort to find one.
2. Cardio and core is quite weak.
3. Now that I no longer need to take care of temp staff, I guess I am going to miss those guys.
4. I didn't learn any Korean. T.T

Resolutions for 2026
1. Continue the gym sessions, if possible a bit heavier while maintaining good form. Do more core exercises.
2. Continue Dragonboat. Do more cardio too.
3. It's time to find a new girl. No guarantee will be successful, but at least try. [Resolution directly copied from last year]
4. Consider moving on to Korean L3. If not, accompany Wee Liang in the I1T1 Korean class.
